We like the convenience of taking BCAA’as in pill form, especially when we’re pushed for time and don’t want to be messing about with shakes.

We also like the improved recovery we get from using these, along with reduced workout times too. They allow us to just get in the gym, do what needs to be done, then get on with the rest of our day.

We’ve no complaints about the strength gains either, being able to add more weight to the bar and complete the same number of reps without feeling like we’re putting in any extra effort is great.

The only ‘downside’ with it is that it’s slightly less value for money than other brands like Iron Labs BCAA and Opal Fitness BCAA+.

On the upside though, it is slightly stronger and so has the potential to deliver slightly better results.

And it has to be said that the results people are getting with this stuff are pretty impressive.
