Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Review

In this post we will be taking a look at Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy ‘pre-workout’ which looks like being a really good choice for anyone looking for a physical and mental boost in the gym and who doesn’t respond to creatine supplements, as this one doesn’t contain any.

Instead, Amino Energy as the name suggests is designed to deliver its energy-boosting effects via its amino acid complex and caffeine content.

We should also point out here that this one isn’t specifically marketed as a pre-workout supplement, rather as an alternative to regular carbonated energy drinks which can be taken before physical exercise for a boost in energy and focus.

With this in mind it’s unlikely to be much help for anyone following a dedicated muscle building workout routine, and probably better suited to cardio, fat loss/beach body, and general fitness workouts.

In this review we will be sharing our whole experience of this particular supplement, from ordering and delivery, first impressions, right through to what it’s like to use, what other buyers are saying about it and where to get the best deal.

  • *Source: COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 432/2012 of 16 May 2012

As you can see from the above, Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy is a creatine free, low sugar and low-calorie energy drink which can also provide a boost in mental focus.

It also has beta-alanine which enhances physical performance and reduces muscular fatigue.

It comes in 7 different fruit flavours too meaning that there’s probably one there for pretty much every taste, and also enough to stop you from getting bored if this one works out well for you.

Be sure to take note of the caffeine content of this one, the label states that it has 100mg per serving, however, it also states that there is also 100g of green tea extract and 25mg of green coffee extract which both contain caffeine, so the actual amount will be higher than the stated 100mg.

Ordering And Delivery…

We ordered on Amazon and it arrived the next day as we were given an automatic free trial subscription to Amazon Prime.

It also arrived intact and well packaged so no problems there.

First Impressions…

The tub is pretty decent quality, not flimsy and will easily outlast the powder and withstand being dropped.

It has the usual basic Optimum Nutrition labelling…nothing too fancy and with easy to read directions, ingredients list and general product information.

amino energy pre workout review

The powder itself smells pretty good…nice and fruity…and the powder is also fine and loose without any clumpy bits.

amino energy

The tub is also security sealed and comes with a measuring scoop.

Ingredients…

amino energy ingredients

How it mixes…

The powder mixes well and dissolves completely…the drink does have a frothy head to it though after shaking with never completely goes…

amino energy drink

How it tastes…

Tastes pretty good…we got the berry flavour and found it tasted of mixed berries like its supposed to…natural…not too strong and not too sweet…

Side effects…

It’s pleasant to drink…no problems with digestion.

Performance…

This stuff is supposed to kick in after 20-30 mins however we didn’t notice any boost or anything like that.

No noticeable boost in strength or energy just a mild mental boost every so often.

If anything it made us feel drained and workouts were a bit of a slog.

There was also a pretty bad energy crash too with this stuff.

How to take…

The manufacturers recommend mixing 2 level scoops, which they say is 9g to 330ml of cold water and mixing.

We weighed out 1 level scoop and it weighed 5.16g, meaning that 2 scoops weigh 10.32g which is over 1g more…you can read more about scoop accuracy here…

When to take…

Optimum Nutrition recommends taking 1 daily serving either before, during or after your workout.

Who it’s for…

Basically, Amino Energy is for anyone looking for an alternative to their go to energy drink.

We would say though that this one is more of a pick-me-up than a serious pre-workout supplement.

We wouldn’t say that this was a suitable pre-workout product for serious lifters though to be fair.

Customer Opinion…

At the time of writing up this review, the customer opinion on Amino Energy over on Amazon is pretty high.

Right now this supplement has received 4,254 ratings of which a very impressive 72% are 5 star, and a further 15% are 4 star, indicating that by far the vast majority of people buying it on Amazon are very happy with their purchases.

A quick look at the reviews suggests that customers are liking pretty much everything about it on one degree or another, from the way it tastes, how well it mixes and dissolves right through to experiencing better pumps in the gym and being able to perform more reps and sets too.

They also like the value for money they feel they are getting along with the improved mental focus too.

In short, they are saying it’s a great supplement right across the board, and praising it as a pre-workout.

There are of course a small number of customers who are rating it a 3 star product or less and some of the issues they are having with it are…

No noticeable effects…some users experienced no boost-physical or mental whatsoever and subsequently no improvements in their workouts.

Unpleasant side effects…others complain of felling jittery and experiencing stomach aches after taking it, along with feeling drained which negatively impacted their workouts.

Unpleasant taste…some people found that the taste wasn’t all that they expected it to be.

Poor value for money…there are some users who feel that this one just doesn’t give value for money and that it’s just not as good as a regular pre-workout drink.

Our Verdict…

We give Amino Energy 3.9 stars out of 5.

Here’s why…

It’s well packaged and everything, the tub isn’t flimsy, its security sealed and the directions for use and ingredients are clearly displayed and easy to read.

The powder is nice and loose, no clumps and it smells like it should. We ordered the berry flavour and it smelled of berries.

It mixes really well to produce a smooth Powerade like drink that’s easy to get down.

We found the taste to be a bit of a disappointment though. To be honest it just tasted weak and diluted.

I terms of effectiveness, we were disappointed here too…

We got the jitters from it, even though the caffeine is supposed to be just 100mg per serving.

Check the label though and it also has green tea extract which contains caffeine so it’s not really clear exactly how much there is per serving.

We did notice some improved focus however this was offset by a feeling of sluggishness and being drained of energy rather than feeling enhanced, which led to some struggling during workouts.

There was also a pretty nasty energy crash too.

Price wise it’s cheaper than a regular pre-workout, but then again it’s not as effective and in our opinion it’s better to pay the little bit extra for the real thing.

Best Place To Buy Your Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy…

If you fancy trying Amino Energy for yourself, and want to get it at the best price, we recommend first going over to Amazon and checking it out in depth, especially the reviews and customer answered questions, to make absolutely sure it’s what you’re looking for.

Then look at the price it’s being offered at, plus any delivery charges that may apply…sometimes they’ll offer you a free Amazon Prime trial which gives you free next day delivery, and which you can cancel once you’ve received your order…which is worth taking advantage of.

Then, go over to eBay and see if you can get a better deal there – sometimes you can especially as most sellers offer free delivery.

Then obviously you just take the best deal.

Doing it this way can save you a ton of time and you’re unlikely to find the same product cheaper anywhere else.

Alternative Choices…

If Amino Energy isn’t quite what you’re looking for and a more traditional pre-workout powder which will give you the edge during serious muscle building workouts is what you have in mind we recommend checking out the following two options.

#1. Applied Nutrition All Black Everything…

The first one, and our overall top choice at the moment is Applied Nutrition All Black Everything.

We ordered the Blue Razz flavour so we can only speak for this one as far as flavour goes …but it really does taste amazing.

It mixes up easily too…the powder dissolves completely to give you a nice Powerade like drink.

In terms of giving you a physical and mental boost during workouts, this stuff is fantastic.

It’s not stimulant heavy either, we experienced no energy crash or jitters either.

What we did get was an overall sense of well being, greatly enhanced focus and motivation, and the strength and energy to squeeze out 2 or 3 extra reps on exercises and sets that we were previously stuck on.

Another big bonus with this stuff is that the mental boost lasts a good few hours allowing you to get things done more efficiently during the rest of your day too.

This one contains a full array of performance enhancing ingredients such as creatine, caffeine, beta-alanine and citrulline, along with Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Acetyl-L-Tyrosine for enhanced fat burning and muscular energy.

They also provide improved mental focus which really does make a big difference to the effectiveness of your workouts, plus these effects also least well into the day allowing you to be more focused and productive at whatever you are doing.

It also mixes really easily, tastes pretty good-it comes in 5 different flavours, and in our case there were no jitters or energy crashes either.

Final Thoughts…

So there you have our full review of Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy.

Not the best pre-workout out there by any means, but technically it doesn’t claim to be.

The bottom line as far as we are concerned is if you’re looking for a definite boost in physical and mental performance during your workouts-go for something else.

Either one of our alternative choices above will do the job, and far more effectively too.

Not quite sure which one to go for?… All Black Everything would be our top choice hands down.

And that brings us to the end of this review.

We hope you found it informative and that it’s helped speed up your hunt for the best pre-workout for you.

So, those are the main features in a nutshell…here’s our full review…

Warrior Rage Pre-Workout Supplement Review…

Ordering And Delivery…

We picked up our Warrior Rage on Amazon.

Ordering was really easy as is pretty much the norm on Amazon, and it was with us a couple of days later.

It arrived fully intact and pretty well packaged so no complaints there.

First Impressions…

Everything looked good…the tub is decent quality…the cap fits nice and tightly so the powder stays fresh and dry and the tub is also security sealed too.

Warrior Rage Pre-Workout

The powder is fine and loose, no lumps or clumps and smells nice and fruity although we couldn’t help thinking the smell is a bit artificial…maybe it smells a little too sweet but that’s something that’s going to vary from person to person.

The tub has a pretty decent design with all the usual supplement facts, ingredients and directions for use so all-in-all it’s pretty standard.

Ingredients…

Not really many surprises here…

Warrior Rage Pre-Workout ingredients

The creatine is a creatine gluconate rather than the traditional creatine monohydrate.

It does have 1500 mg of instantized BCAA’s which you don’t find in all pre-workout powders and at 300 mg per serving it does contain a a hefty dose of caffeine.

Other than that it’s the usual suspects- beta-alanine, citrulline malate, taurine, AAKG and vitamin B6.

How It Mixes…

We had no problems at all mixing this stuff.

Warrior Rage Pre-Workout powder

The powder dissolves completely in just a few shakes to produce a non-gritty drink similar to a regular sports drink.

How It Tastes…

To be honest the taste of Warrior Rage isn’t all that impressive.

We’ve used this pre-workout before and seem to recalling it tasting better than it does now that it’s supposed to have been improved.

It’s got a slight fruit flavour to it however the taste is too weak to be able to determine what it actually is.

We wouldn’t say it tastes of blue raspberry the way that Applied Nutrition A.B.E does.

We also noticed a bit of a harsh aftertaste too this time around.

Side Effects…

Within a few minutes of drinking we had a headache building and rather than feeling energized, focused and ready to hit the gym we just felt drained, however this did pass after around 45 minutes.

We also experienced a really dry tongue which became pretty unpleasant and felt like sandpaper for most of the day.

We also suffered a pretty big energy crash around 4pm too which went on to last a few hours.

At this point we were beginning to think that we may have received a ‘faulty’ tub as we never experienced anything like this when using Warrior Rage previously.

Performance…

On the plus side our workouts when using Warrior Rage were pretty good indeed.

Once the initial side effects had passed we felt focused, energized and motivated.

We even managed to crank out a few extra reps which has led us to being able to add some extra weight to our lifts, and so maybe the initial side effects were worth having after all.

How To Take…

The manufacturers recommend mixing 1 scoop, or 8.7g of Warrior Rage with 250ml of cold water.

We weighed out a serving just to check the scoop accuracy and found that 1 level scoop actually weighed just 7.2g.

Once you’ve got the powder weighed out and added to the required amount of cold water in your shaker, just give it a good shake and that’s it.

When To Take…

Warrior recommend taking your Rage pre-workout around 20 minutes before training, and taking it ONLY on training days.

Who It’s For…

We would say that this particular pre-workout is for more hardcore lifters who are looking for a serious boost in energy, strength, endurance and focus during heavy and intense workouts.

We would NOT however recommend it to anyone who doesn’t tolerate caffeine well.

Click here to check it out on Amazon for yourself…

Existing Customer Opinion…

At the time of putting this review together Warrior Rage pre-workout powder is getting some pretty mixed reviews from existing buyers on Amazon.

Of the 300 ratings that have been left so far, 50% are rating it a 5 star product with another 19% giving it 4 stars indicating that the majority of them are pretty happy with it.

Some of the things they are most impressed with are the sheer strength of this stuff and the boost it’s giving them in the gym and the fact that it actually works!

They also like the value for money they feel they are getting with this stuff- it does contain more servings than most other well-known similar products, however a few of them do seem to agree with us on the taste, or lack of.

There are also some users who are rating Warrior Rage a 3 star product, or lower, and some of the things they have issues with are…

Again-the taste, some of them are even going so far as to say it tastes disgustiing, and others are saying that they just didn’t feel any effect from it at all and that there are better pre-workouts out there.

Others complain of severe headaches from using it however this could be because they don’t tolerate high dosages of caffeine well which is not the fault of the powder in our opinion. More the fault of the user for not doing their homework before purchasing.

Click here to check out all the customer feedback being left for Warrior Rage for yourself on Amazon…

Verdict…

Our verdict on Warrior Rage…we give it 4.7 out of 5.

Here’s what we like about it…

Price…

We like the price…especially when you consider that this one has 50% more servings than other similarly, and some higher priced pre-workout powders.

Value for money…

Again…this one has 45 servings as opposed to the standard 30 servings making it pretty good value for money at just £0.33 per serving.

Effectiveness…

In terms of effectively helping you get the job done, this one does exactly what it says on the tub.

We like the packaging and that it gets delivered pretty quickly.

The powder itself is also nice and loose with no clumps all the way to the bottom of the tub…plus it also smells pretty good too.

We like that it mixes really well and the powder completely dissolves to give you a smooth Gatorade like drink with no gritty bits and which goes down really easily.

In terms of performance, we like that it’s a great pre-workout for serious lifters who are following a serious lifting programme and who are looking for both a physical and mental boost during training.

And what we didn’t like…

The only thing which could be considered a drawback with this stuff as far as we are concerned is the taste.

We ordered the Blazin’ Blue Raz flavour and to be honest we had to try really hard to taste it…it just didn’t taste of anything much at all.

Overall though…Warrior Rage is a pretty decent pre-workout…it’s high in caffeine at 300mg per serving so bear that in mind when ordering or you’ll end up with the jitters if you don’t tolerate caffeine well, and more then likely a nasty energy crash later in the day..but it does get the job done.

Best Place To Buy Your Warrior Rage Pre-Workout…

To get your Warrior Rage at the best price we recommend buying on either Amazon or eBay.

The first place we suggest checking out is Amazon.

On Amazon you will find pretty much all the information you need on a particular product including some pretty detailed customer reviews along with a number of customer answered questions.

These should tell you pretty much all you need to know about the product to make a well informed buying decision.

Make a note of the price it’s being offered at, then go over to eBay and see if you can get a better deal there.

Amazon may also offer you a free trial subscription to Amazon Prime which means you’ll get it delivered the next day for free…you can always cancel after delivery without it costing you anything which is pretty good…plus the free trial lasts for a full 30 days even if you cancel after just a couple of days so you can have other items delivered free of charge too.

Best Alternative Choices…

If Warrior Rage sounds like it’s going to be too hardcore for you, we recommend checking out Applied Nutrition All Black Everything pre-workout powder.

A.B.E is our top choice of pre-workouts at the moment and has been for some time now as when it comes to providing the physical and mental boost that not only gets you through your workouts without leaving you feeling drained, it also gives you the focus and motivation to crank out those few extra reps which can make all the difference and see you powering through your personal bests.

We also experience an improved sense of well-being with this one and even the hardest sets were enjoyable as a result.

It also tastes pretty amazing too…the focus lasts until later in the day allowing you to get things done more efficiently, plus there’s no energy crash at all.

Another one that we really like and that is well worth checking out is Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Pre-Workout powder.

This one is another excellent choice as well as being Amazons current top choice of pre-workout powders and is well worth checking out.

As well as having effective doses of beta-alanine and citrulline it’s also got 175mg caffeine per serving along with a decent dose of creatine monohydrate, pus it’s also got a selection of energy boosting B- vitamins too.

On top of that you also get N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine for enhanced focus and alertness during workouts…

As well as Acetyl-L-Carnitine for supercharged fat burning during workouts as well as increased blood-flow to the working muscles and increased muscular endurance to help you crank out those extra reps and grow.

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate Review…A Good Alternative To Whey?

Our posts may contain affiliate links and if you make a purchase through one of those links we may earn a small commission from the vendor which goes towards the upkeep of this site and WON’T cost you a penny more.

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate Review

Welcome to our review of Bulk Pea Protein Isolate powder, which is a pretty good plant-based alternative to whey protein powder in terms of its amino-acid profile, and one which will be of interest to vegan and vegetarian athletes looking to add or maintain muscle mass.

On this page we will be sharing our complete experience from ordering and receiving it, right through using it, what other customers have to say about it, where to get the best deal on it, and more…

If you don’t have the time to read this full review just now you can click on the links below and check it out for yourself, or just grab a pouch at the best available price…

Ordering and Delivery…

We had no problems ordering our Bulk Pea Protein Isolate.

We picked it up on Amazon, got the size and flavour we wanted without any problems and we were all done in just a couple of clicks.

The item was delivered the following day which we liked, and it came nicely packaged and completely intact.

So no problems at all there.

First Impressions…

The pouch itself is pretty tough as we found out when tearing it open, the resealable strip is of decent quality and it easily outlasted the contents.

The pouch also has a pretty basic design on the front and the usual ingredients and nutrition facts on the back.

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate scoop

The powder itself is pretty thick and nice and loose all the way to the bottom of the pouch, with no lumps or clumps whatsoever.

We ordered banana flavour and the powder has a bit of a concentrated banana smell to it. It also smells quite sweet too. This product does come with a measuring scoop but we recommend checking out this article on scoop accuracy before relying on it to measure out the powder.

Nutrition…

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate nutrition

Nutritionally, Bulk Pea Protein Isolate is almost identical to whey protein and has the full complement of amino acids required for muscular recovery, growth and maintenance.

It also has a pretty high protein content at 78% and is low in carbs, sugar, and fat.

Plus it’s also free from gluten and any GMO’s.

How To Use It…

The manufacturers recommend mixing 1 scoop, which they say is approximately 30g, with 300ml of water, and to use 1-3 servings per day.

We recommend weighing out 30g on a set of cheap digital scales instead as scoops can be highly inaccurate, in this case, when we measured out 1 level scoop it weighed 39.5g!

So, as you can see, just measuring by the scoop will mean using more than you need and reduce the value for money of this pea protein powder by around 33%!

Mixing…

Once you’ve weighed out your powder and added it to your water, mix it with a fork.

Using a shaker cup will leave you with pretty much nothing but froth.

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate shake

Whereas mixing with a fork produces a nice smooth lump-free shake but without the frothy head.

Taste…

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate tastes pretty good at first.

In our case, it had a pleasant banana flavour, not too sweet and pretty natural tasting.

However, this was quickly followed by a pea flavoured aftertaste which to be honest isn’t particularly unpleasant but we would have preferred it without it.

We tried adding our pea protein isolate to our morning porridge instead of mixing it into a drink and found that when used like this there is no pea flavour aftertaste, just the banana flavour we wanted.

Side Effects…

We didn’t experience any at all, either from mixing it up as a drink or from adding it into our porridge.

There was no bloating or any digestive problems, no excessive wind and it doesn’t sit heavily on your stomach either making it great to use pre-workout for added energy and to protect against muscle catabolism during workouts.

When To Use It…

Because pea protein is so similar to whey protein and has an almost identical amino acid profile you can use it whenever you would normally use your regular whey protein powder.

It’s perfect for before and after workouts as well as at any other time of the day you need to get some protein to meet your daily requirements.

It’s also a fantastic choice for vegan and vegetarian athletes as it’s completely free from animal products too.

Who It’s For…

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate is for anyone who is looking to increase their daily protein intake to support muscle recovery and growth following workouts.

As mentioned above it will be of special interest to anyone following a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, as well as those who are looking to substitute their whey protein powder supplement with an animal product-free alternative that has an almost identical amino-acid profile.

Customer Opinion…

To get both sides of the story we like to check out the customer feedback on Amazon.

Amazon actually verifies the reviews to make sure they are being left by genuine customers, and Amazon customers, as you may already know, do tend to tell it how it is.

So we went over to Amazon, where at the time of writing up this review, Bulk Pea Protein Isolate has an average customer feedback score of 4.1 out of 5 stars, and that’s from 950 reviews left so far.

Out of these reviews, 59% are 5 star, and a further 19% are 4 star showing that most of the people buying and using Bulk Pea Protein Isolate right now on Amazon are pretty happy with it.

The main things they seem to like are the price and the protein content.

A number of them are saying they prefer it to whey protein.

And some are saying that it’s great to use in recipes instead of as a smoothie.

A lot of the reviews seem to be for the unflavoured version, which we’ve used before and didn’t much care for the taste, and so it’s hard to find out what they think of any of the flavoured versions, apart from one we found who said they found it to be too sweet.

They also like the quality of the packaging and how quickly it was delivered.

There are some customers who aren’t as happy with it and who are giving it just 3 stars or less.

Their main issue is with the taste however they don’t specify which flavour they actually bought.

A small number of them are having trouble resealing the pouch.

And one customer is having digestive problems after using it.

So there you have a snapshot of what’s being said about it by existing customers.

On the whole, people are happy with it, however, we must at least half agree with what they are saying about the taste.

Our Verdict…

Firstly, we like that this product was delivered quickly and was well packaged and that it arrived intact.

We like pea protein powder and think it makes a great alternative to whey protein powders in terms of nutrition.

Granted, it doesn’t mix well in a shaker cup but when mixed with a fork it does produce a nice smoothie-style drink.

Bulk Pea Protein Isolate also has a bit of an acquired taste, we’ve had the unflavoured version before and it is pretty rank however you use it.

The banana flavour does actually taste of banana but it does have a pea flavoured aftertaste which some people may not like.

We mixed it into porridge though and it tasted fine.

Functionally we believe it to be every bit as good as whey, we noticed no loss in gains or performance while using it.

Our recommendation…

If you’re expecting it to taste as good as your whey protein shake you’re going to be disappointed so we’d say give it a miss.

If you’re looking for an animal product-free alternative to your regular whey protein powder and prepared to sacrifice taste we say give it a try.

If you’re looking for something to boost the protein content of your morning porridge this stuff is ideal.

The only thing we don’t like is the inaccuracy of the measuring scoop, however, this can be said of the majority of protein powders.

Main Features…

  • A highly soluble, premium quality pea protein shake
  • A high-quality source of protein for vegans and vegetarians, providing 24g of protein in a single 30g serving
  • 50% more soluble than other Pea Protein powders
  • Low in Sugar with 0.03g per serving, so you can pack in the protein with minimal extras
  • Available in a range of sizes and flavours

As stated above, Bulk Pea Protein Isolate is a highly soluble pea protein shake.

It dissolves completely and is best mixed with a fork to produce a smooth, lump-free smoothie-like drink.

Nutritionally it’s not that different from whey protein making it a really great plant-based alternative that will give you pretty much the same recovery and growth following workouts.

It’s low in sugar, carbs, and fat, as well as being completely gluten and lactose-free making it ideal for vegans, vegetarians, and people with food intolerances.

This one also comes in several different size pouches, the bigger you buy the cheaper you get it, plus it comes in a number of different flavours too.

We recommend a strong flavour such as chocolate for the best chance of masking the pea flavour aftertaste.

Where To Get The Best Deal…

To get your Bulk Pea Protein Isolate at the best available price we recommend first going over to Amazon and checking everything out to make absolutely sure it’s what you’re looking for.

We also recommend paying particular attention to the customer reviews to get a real feel for the product and to see how it is performing in the real world.

Once you’re happy, check the price and then head over to eBay and see if you can pick it up at a better price there.

Be sure to take any delivery charges into account too so you don’t end up spending more than you have to.

All the top sports supplement brands, and retailers seem to sell on these two platforms and you can usually pick up your supplements at a better price than you will find elsewhere.

Alternative Choices…

psn pea protein isolate reviewAt the time of putting this review together we have only reviewed one other pea protein powder which is Pure Source Nutrition Pea Protein Isolate Powder.

We actually prefer PSN Pea Protein Isolate Powder as in our opinion it tastes better.

It doesn’t have as much of a pea flavoured aftertaste as Bulk Pea Protein Isolate does and as you will see in the Amazon reviews, the taste is something that quite a number of customers aren’t happy with.

Nutritionally PSN Pea Protein Isolate is almost identical to whey protein, as is Bulk Pea Protein powder and for us the taste just gives it the edge. Read the full review here.

Ordering, Delivery, and First Impressions…

We picked up our box of Warrior Raw High Protein Flapjacks on Amazon.

As usual, ordering was really easy and they were delivered within a couple of days.

Our order was packaged well enough and arrived intact, with no damage to the box or the bars themselves.

The packaging itself looks pretty good. The images are an accurate depiction of what you actually get and you can tell that some thought has gone into the design.

On the back of the box is the standard nutrition facts panel, along with the list of ingredients.

The individual wrappers are well-sealed while being easy enough to open without having to rip at them and have the bar fall out onto the floor.

warrior protein flapjack review

Once opened you have a pretty tasty-looking bar-shaped flapjack that looks just like a chocolate brownie.

It even smells like a chocolate brownie too.

Nutrition…

Nutritionally Warrior Raw high-protein flapjacks easily hold their own among the other brands out there.

They have a decent amount of protein they’re not too carb-heavy and they’re low in sugars and fat making them extremely versatile.

They also have a decent amount of fibre to keep things moving and keep you feeling fuller for longer between meals.

One thing to bear in mind is that they do contain gluten which will rule them out for some people.

Texture and Taste…

The bars are firm, pretty solid, and not greasy like some flapjacks are.

When you bite into one of these bars they don’t crumble or anything, they have a dry-ish biscuit-like texture while being firm but not difficult to chew.

In terms of taste, they really do taste like a chocolate brownie.

They taste natural too with no artificial or chemical taste to them plus they’re not too sweet either, just sweet enough in our opinion.

They also have some substance to them, they give you something to go at, they don’t just dissolve in your mouth, the flavour lasts a while and they’re pretty nice to eat.

Side Effects…

Warrior Raw high-protein flapjacks are also easy to digest.

There’s no bloating from them or stomach aches and excessive wind.

They don’t overfill you either, no more than a small light snack would.

When To Use Them…

These flapjacks are a really convenient way to get some high-quality protein on the go, especially when measuring out and mixing up your regular whey protein shake isn’t convenient.

You can use them at any time of the day you need a protein hit, and you may find them useful to take pre-workout for an added energy boost and to help prevent muscle breakdown during training, as well as after a workout to get some quality protein into your muscles to kick-start the recovery process.

Who They Are For…

Anyone looking to increase their daily protein intake in a tasty, healthy, and convenient way will certainly benefit from using these bars, and in particular, those looking to increase muscle mass without gaining unwanted body fat, anyone looking to lose some body fat while holding onto hard-earned muscle, and anyone looking to maintain a lean and toned physique.

Customer Opinion…

To get both sides of the story on Warrior Raw high protein flapjacks from as many reliable reviewers as possible we took a look at the customer feedback being left on Amazon by people buying and using them right now.

At the time of writing, these high-protein flapjack bars have an average customer feedback score of 4.3 out of 5 stars, and this is from 418 customer reviews.

A pretty impressive 62% of people are giving these bars the full 5 out of 5 stars while a further 17% are rating them 4 star, indicating that the vast majority of existing customers are very happy with them and with the service they are getting from Amazon.

Some of the things they are most impressed with are the protein content, the flavour, and the price, none of which comes as a surprise as there’s around 21g protein per bar, they taste amazing and they’re pretty good value for money too.

They also like that these bars are low in carbs, sugar, and fat which makes them versatile enough to be used for gaining muscle, losing fat, and muscle maintenance and also easy to fit right into just about every eating plan.

And they also like the convenience that comes with protein bars which allows them to get the protein they need, when they need it, without needing to carry a shaker bottle, a bottle of water, or be measuring out protein powder when they don’t have the time for whatever reason.

There are some customers who are giving Warrior Raw high protein flapjacks just 3 stars or less due to them having issues with the taste which they say can vary, and the bars not being suitable for anyone following a vegetarian or a vegan diet.

A couple of customers say that they found the bars to be very hard to chew, and one customer claims to have received a box with one bar missing.

That being said, its clear that on the whole the vast motility of customers, ourselves included, are very happy with these high protein flapjacks and if you’d like to check out all the customer feedback for yourself just click here.

A Quick Look At The Main Features…

  • HUGE 21 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER BAR – That’s more than 3 whole eggs! Our bars are packed with high-quality milk protein to help muscles rebuild and recover after training and to help you meet your daily protein intake
  • LOW IN SUGAR, HIGH IN FIBRE – With only 3.5g sugar per bar, these are some of the lowest sugar protein chewy granola bars ever released! Also high in fibre to help control blood sugar levels
  • USE PRE OR POST WORKOUT – Eat pre-workout for an energy boost or post workout to help aid recovery. Ideal for cutting or bulking when counting your macros
  • GREAT TASTE! CHOCOLATE BROWNIE – Chewy granola oat bar that can be eaten as a filling snack to help keep you satisfied until your next meal and curb cravings for high sugar snacks
  • PACK OF 12 x PROTEIN BARS – Save money with this multipack of 12 high protein bars. Store at home to eat as and when needed. Can be used as part of a healthy diet to help manage weight gain

As you can see above each bar has a pretty decent amount of quality protein with around 20g being the industry standard amount.

They’re also low in sugar, which is always a bonus, plus they have a decent amount of fibre to keep things moving.

We wouldn’t exactly call them chewy granola bars though as they are quite firm and definitely a flapjack bar.

The taste is everything that Warrior claims it to be, these bars are really delicious and they will keep you going in between meals without being over-filling or heavy on your stomach.

And they are pretty good value for money too, and so well worth stocking up on, and as we’ve already mentioned they are really easy to slot right into any diet plan to support a range of training goals including weight loss.

Our Verdict…

We really like Warrior bars and for us, these make a really great alternative to Warrior Crunch bars, which, if you’re anything like us, you’ll agree take some beating.

As well as being delivered pretty quickly and arriving well packaged and undamaged they’ve got quite a bit going for them in our opinion.

First of all at 20g per bar they have a decent amount of protein while being pretty low in sugars, carbs, and fat.

This makes them pretty versatile and means they can be easily slotted into just about any eating plan to support a variety of training goals.

Next, they taste really good – just like chocolate brownies, plus they also taste nice and natural and they’re not too sweet either.

We also like the texture of these flapjacks. They’re firm but not hard and they don’t fall to pieces when you take a bite, plus they’re not greasy either, just really nice to eat.

And they don’t sit heavily on your gut which makes them good to eat pre-workout too.

As for any drawbacks, we would have preferred them to be gluten-free, however, the amount of gluten they actually contain must be pretty small otherwise we would have noticed the effects and not been as happy with them as we are.

Where To Get The Best Deal On Them…

We recommend checking out these bars over at Amazon before looking anywhere else.

Amazon usually has the best prices, plus they also have pretty detailed product listings so you can check them out and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want.

The customer reviews are also great for seeing just how a product is performing in the real world for real people, and the customer answered questions can quite often clear up any loose ends.

After doing your research on Amazon we recommend going over to eBay and comparing prices.

Ebay sellers usually offer free delivery regardless of the price, whereas Amazon usually has a £20 minimum spend to qualify for free delivery and so it’s well worth comparing the 2 sites if you’re looking for the best deal.

Handpicked Alternatives…

Here we have selected a couple of our favourite alternative choices just in case Warrior Raw high-protein flapjacks aren’t what you are looking for.

Grenade Carb Killa Bars…

Our first choice is a massively popular choice the world over, and that is Grenade Carb Killa Bars.

These bars taste phenomenal and are perfect if you’re looking for something with a chewier texture than you get with a flapjack.

They also have a decent amount of protein, they’re low in carbs, fat, sugar, and calories, and can be slotted right into any eating plan to support pretty much any training goal. Read the full review here.

Here’s an overview…

  • Packed with protein, with 20 g per bar
  • Low in sugar, with just 1.4 g per bar
  • A triple-layered treat, featuring a tasty salted caramel layer, soft nougat, and a delicious milk chocolate coating
  • Carb Killa is an indulgent low sugar snack, perfect for enjoying at any time of the day as a delicious snack, or a post-workout treat
  • Certified with the Informed-Sport programme and therefore suitable for use by drug-tested athletes and military personnel

Warrior Crunch High Protein Bars…

Our second alternative choice is Warrior Crunch high protein bars which also taste pretty amazing and will make a great choice if you’re looking for a protein bar with a texture that’s somewhere between that of Warrior Raw flapjacks and Grenade Carb Killa bars.

When it comes down to the difference between Warrior Crunch and Warrior Raw bars it basically comes down to the carb content and which texture you prefer.

Warrior Crunch bars are lower in carbs and are a triple-layered bar with a soft chewy centre coated in crunchy bits, and Warrior Raw are a firmer flapjack style bar as described in this review. Read the full Warrior Crunch bar review here.

Here’s an overview of Warrior Crunch bars…

  • 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER BAR – That’s more than three whole eggs! Our bars are packed with high-quality protein to help muscles rebuild and recover right after intense exercise or sports

PSN 100% Pea Protein Isolate Review – As Good As Whey?

Our posts may contain affiliate links and if you make a purchase through one of those links we may earn a small commission from the vendor which goes towards the upkeep of this site and WON’T cost you a penny more

In this post, we will be taking a look at PSN 100% Pea Protein Isolate powder which is a fantastic plant-based alternative to whey protein powder making it an excellent choice for vegan and vegetarian athletes.

It has a nutrition profile that’s almost identical to whey protein and contains all the same amino acids required for recovery and growth following heavy and intense workouts, plus it’s also completely free from gluten, lactose, cholesterol, and animal products too.

Ordering, Delivery, And First Impressions…

PSN Pea Protein was easy to order, we picked ours up on eBay, and was delivered a couple of days after ordering, well within the stated delivery time.

We’ve used this stuff before and can verify that they do deliver quickly, on time every time so we can’t fault them for their service.

The item came well packaged and in excellent condition.

The pouch is made from pretty tough plastic so there’s not much danger of it splitting, and the seal is pretty good too, we’ve never had one fail on us before the pouch was empty and in the past, we ordered the 5 kg pouches which do last a fairly long time.

On the back of the pack there’s the usual nutrition information and mixing instructions, as well as some other basic product information…

The powder itself is nice and loose, with no clumps or lumps, plus it’s also a very fine powder so you need to be careful handling the pouch when it’s open.

There’s also a measuring scoop included in the pouch too, however, we recommend weighing out your powder for reasons explained in this article…

We ordered the banana flavour this time and it does smell nice and banana-like. There’s no artificial kind of smell to it although it does smell kind of ‘sweet’.

Nutrition…

PSN Pea Protein is as nutritious as whey protein and contains a full amino acid profile.

It’s also low in carbs and fat, making it a great choice if you’re counting the calories, plus it’s also enhanced with amino acids to fuel muscle recovery and growth.

PSN Pea Protein is also an excellent source of high biological value protein that’s completely free from animal products, making it a great choice for vegans and vegetarians, as well as anyone wanting a cleaner source of protein.

And it’s also high in Lysine and Arginine which are essential for maintaining lean muscle mass making it a fantastic choice of weight loss protein powder too.

Mixing…

PSN Pea Protein does mix easily and the powder completely dissolves to produce a smooth shake.

The shake is noticeably thicker than you get when using a whey protein powder, probably more like a mass gainer shake in terms of consistency, however, if this isn’t to your liking you can get round it by adding more water.

If you mix this stuff in a shaker cup, be prepared for a large frothy head on your shake that takes forever to go down.

We found it best to mix in a shaker cup using a fork and not mixing too quickly.

This way we still got a nice smooth shake, but without the frothy head.

Taste…

Although it doesn’t taste as good as a banana flavoured whey protein powder does, it still tastes pretty good.

It definitely tastes like bananas, there is the ‘pea protein aftertaste’ that comes with most pea protein powders, but it’s in no way unpleasant and doesn’t spoil the experience.

Side Effects…

We didn’t notice any at all.

Even though you get a thicker and slightly more filling shake than when using whey, this stuff sits nice and light on your stomach and doesn’t bloat you up or cause excessive wind like you may expect it to being made from peas.

How to take it…

Pure Source Nutrition recommends mixing 1 level scoop, which they say is 30 g, with 350-450 ml of water or milk in a shaker cup, and shaking for around 60 seconds, and taking 2-3 shakes per day.

We checked and 1 level scoop is just under 35 g, and so, as we recommend in this article, so as not to end up using more than you need, weigh out the powder using a cheap set of digital scales like these.

And when it comes to actually mixing it, use a fork otherwise it gets a pretty big frothy head on it which is also pretty much permanent and makes drinking your shake take far longer than necessary.

When to take it…

Take it whenever you would normally take your whey protein shake, with one shake being taken after training to feed your muscles some much-needed amino acids and fire up the recovery and growth process.

Other than that, take it at any time of day you need to help meet your daily protein requirements.

Who it’s for…

PSN Pea Protein is for anyone who is training hard to increase strength and muscle size and is looking for a plant-based alternative to whey protein powder which will still give them just as much protein per serving with a full amino acid profile.

This make is a particularly good choice for vegan bodybuilders, powerlifters, and strength athletes, as well as runners, cyclists, and other endurance-based athletes.

What other customers are saying…

In order to provide you with as broad a picture as possible, we took a look at what other people who are buying and using this product, right now are saying about it.

One of the best places we’ve found to go to do this is Amazon as they actually verify the reviews which are left for products to make sure that the person leaving the review has actually bought the product.

Also, Amazon reviewers can be pretty blunt, so, if they don’t like something, they let you know, and likewise when they do, making the reviews pretty accurate and not just painting a pretty picture to influence sales.

At the time of writing this review, PSN Pea Protein Powder has an average customer rating of 5 out of 5 stars, which couldn’t be better, however, we should point out that this is from just 6 ratings, and only 1 actual review has been left so far.

As this isn’t much to go on we took a look at the feedback being left on eBay for this product, where it seems to be selling really well and found that customers there are saying how pleased they are with the taste, how it mixes, and the price, as well as the speed at which their orders were delivered.

Click here to see the customer feedback on Amazon…

Click here to see the customer feedback on eBay…

Our Verdict…

We really like PSN Pea Protein Isolate.

It makes a really great alternative to whey protein powder, the only drawback is that it takes longer to mix due to it frothing up in a shaker cup.

It’s pretty much identical to whey in terms of nutrition too.

Our preferred way of using it is to mix it with our breakfast porridge although we do mix it up with a fork when we’ve got the time for a smooth and tasty shake.

Although it tastes pretty good it’s not in the same league as whey protein powders, plus you do need to add quite a bit more liquid as it’s way more absorbent and produces a much thicker drink.

Also, this stuff is nice and light on your stomach too, and so great to take pre-workout to prevent muscle breakdown during strenuous training sessions.

It’s also pretty good value for money too, especially if you get the 5 kg size pouch which costs as little as £32…not many whey protein powders out there at such a great price!

For anyone looking for a plant-based alternative to whey protein, with an almost identical nutrition profile, we highly recommend giving this one a shot.

In a nutshell, PSN 100% Pea Protein Isolate is a really good and versatile vegan protein powder that’s low in carbs and fat.

This makes it easy to fit into pretty much any nutrition plan whether you’re looking to clean bulk, lose some weight while preserving muscle mass, or maintain an already lean physique indefinitely.

It’s also completely free from animal products, meaning it can be used freely by those following a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle to get the high-quality protein required to support muscle building and recovery.

The pre-workout tub has an anti-tamper seal, and the powder comes with a silicon moisture prevention sachet and a scoop.

The tub itself seems to be of decent quality, not brittle or flimsy and the lid fits well.

The powder smells nice and fruity, has no chemical smells, and is nice and loose in the tub with no clumpy bits.

Each 315g tub of A.B.E contains 30 servings, each of which gives you just what you need, in just the right amounts for improved energy, performance, focus, motivation, and recovery between sets during heavy and intense workouts, cardio workouts, and in our case heavy bag boxing training.

Each 10.5g serving contains:

3.25g of Creatine Monohydrate– creatine monohydrate is a common ingredient in pre-workout powders and just like a good protein powder is one of the most effective supplements for building muscle and increasing strength and can as much as double your strength and muscle gains when compared to training without it.

4g of Citrulline Malate 2:1 – another common pre-workout ingredient, citrulline malate improves blood flow and increases nitric oxide production for improved workout performance and reduced fatigue during workouts.

2g of Beta-Alanine – yet another popular pre-workout component, beta-alanine is a performance-enhancing amino acid that raises carnosine levels within the body and allows you to train harder for longer, plus it also has anti-aging properties too.

200mg of Taurine – taurine has a wide range of benefits including enhancing workout performance by reducing fatigue, reducing muscle damage during heavy workouts, and promoting more efficient fat burning.

200mg of Caffeine – another massively popular ingredient in pre-workouts, caffeine gives you an increased energy boost during workouts and helps you burn more calories as you train. It also gives improved mental focus allowing you to train harder.

100 mg of Theacrine – similar to caffeine but without affecting blood pressure, theacrine increases energy as well as mental focus and clarity making you feel sharper and more focused during training sessions.

80mg of Vitamin B3 – B3 promotes cell generation in muscles for improved recovery from strenuous exercise and better muscle growth.

100mcg of Vitamin B12 – B12 oxygenates your muscles as they work to improve athletic performance, reduce muscular fatigue, and increase muscular endurance.

Perfect For Tested Athletes – this stuff is also banned substance tested making it perfect for anyone taking part in competitions where testing is likely to take place. The ingredients are all safe to take-guaranteed.

How It Mixes…

It dissolves completely and mixes really well in just a standard shaker cup like this one, to produce a smooth and really tasty, grit-free fruit flavoured drink.

all black everything pre workout drink

How It Tastes…

The taste is fruity, you get the blueberry taste as well a the slightly more sour raspberry taste and overall it really does taste pretty natural.

It’s only slightly sweet, goes down well, and doesn’t leave any kind of chemical aftertaste at all.

Effects…

Around 15-20 mins after drinking, you get the familiar tingly feeling from the beta-alanine telling you it’s kicking in and time to get to work.

After that what comes is an increase in energy, focus, strength, and performance which doesn’t leave you feeling ‘stimmed out’.

We found we got through workouts quicker and managed to add one or two reps to some of our sets.

We also found we had a bit left in the tank at the end of our workouts too, plus the enhanced focus lasted until well later in the day meaning we managed to be more productive at work, and there was no energy crash either which is always a bonus.

Side Effects…

If you’re thinking of trying A.B.E for yourself you’ll probably be pleased to know that it doesn’t come with any unwanted side effects.

There are no heart palpitations, digestive issues, no ‘hangovers’ or energy crashes, or anything like that which we noticed.

Basically, it just feels like a jolt of clean energy and keeps you focused and motivated right through your workout and beyond.

How To Take…

The mixing instructions say to add 1 level scoop, which is supposed to be 1 x 10.5g serving to 250ml of cold water and shake.

We checked how much a level scoop actually holds and found it to be 12.06g, which is 1.5 g more than stated, and why we recommend weighing out ALL supplement powders as scoops are pretty often inaccurate.

You can read more about scoop accuracy here.

When To Take…

Around 30 mins or so before your workout, weigh out 10.5g of the powder, add it to 250ml of cod water in a shaker cup, give it a quick shake and enjoy.

Who It’s For…

We recommend All Black Everything for anyone who does pretty much any kind of physical training and who is looking for a physical and mental edge to boost performance.

In our opinion, this one is going to be of particular help to weight trainers, bodybuilders, power lifters, and recreational gym-goers to help them crank out that extra rep or two at the end of already strenuous sets for a boost in muscle growth and strength.

Endurance athletes, cross trainers, and martial artists would also see improvements in performance, strength, and stamina, and sharpened mental focus.

Customer Feedback…

At the time of writing up this review, All Black Everything is the #1 best-selling pre-workout powder on Amazon.

It has an average customer rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars from 3,548 reviews, of which 77% are 5 star, and a further 12% are 4 star, suggesting that the vast majority of people buying this pre-workout on Amazon are very happy with it and with the service they are getting.

Here’s a quick look at what they are saying…

One of the main things that seems to be impressing buyers on Amazon is that A.B.E doesn’t ‘stim you out’. Instead, it gives you just the right amount of clean energy to power through workouts, with improved focus, and smash your PB’s.

They also like that it dissolves completely during mixing to give you a grit-free drink that also tastes amazing.

A number of them are also commenting on getting improved pumps in the gym along with noticeable increases in strength.

Customers who focus on cardio workouts are also praising this stuff for the energy boost it gives them, plus a large number of people are very happy with the price and value for money they feel they are getting.

On the flip side of that…

As always, there is a small number of buyers who are less than happy with their purchase and who are giving it just 3 stars or less.

Here’s some of what they are saying about it…

One user says that this pre-workout took almost an hour to kick in and also experienced digestive problems after using it…they also say that they are going to continue using it so make what you will of that!

Another user complains of an elevated heart rate and slower recovery between sets…

Someone else says it had very little effect yet still caused an energy crash…

Some other users say they came out in a rash…

And someone just didn’t like the taste.

On the whole, the vast majority of users don’t seem to be able to praise this product highly enough, however it’s always best to look at both sides of the story before making up your mind.

Our Verdict…

After trying out this product for ourselves over several weeks we have to agree with the majority of Amazon customers on this one.

In fact, it’s one of the best pre-workouts we’ve tried in some time.

We like the way it dissolves completely after just a few shakes in a shaker cup to produce a smooth, crisp Powerade-like drink, although not as sweet.

We also love the way it tastes, we bought the Icy Blue Razz flavour, it’s non-chemical, not too sweet, nice and natural, and doesn’t leave a nasty aftertaste.

And what we really like is that it’s not too stimulant heavy, there seems to be just the right amount of everything to provide the energy, focus, and motivation for powering through heavy and intense workouts without any jitters, thumping heartbeat, or crashes.

We found All Black Everything improved performance during cardio training, boxing workouts, heavy weight sessions, kettlebell workouts, and hybrid free-weights and kettlebell workouts.

We therefore highly recommend trying this one out for yourself and firmly believe that you’ll be every bit as pleased, and impressed with it as we are.

This is definitely one we will be ordering again.

MyProtein Slow Release Casein Protein Powder Review...

If you’re looking for a decent bedtime protein powder to keep you growing and burning fat while you sleep, and you’re thinking of giving MyProtein Slow-Release Casein a try and would like to know exactly what you’ll be getting for your money if you do, you’re on the right page.

Like you, we were looking for a quality casein protein powder ourselves. We came across this one on Amazon, liked what we read about it, and ordered some to put to the test.

In this review we will tell you our complete experience, from ordering it, right through to how it mixes and tastes, and the benefits we got from using it.

If you’re already familiar with MyProtein Slow-Release Casein and would prefer to skip the review and go ahead and grab a pouch for yourself…

Ordering, Delivery and First Impressions…

Ordering was really easy and this item was in fact delivered the following day so no hanging round waiting which is always a bonus.

The order was also very well packaged in a decent quality cardboard box with some of those air filled packing things inside it too to protect the contents from becoming bashed about and damaged in transit.

The pouch itself is pretty sturdy and has a decent re-sealable seal which seems a fair bit stronger that you get on most protein powder pouches.

It’s nothing fancy, a brief description on the front of what you’re getting, with a more detailed breakdown of the nutritional content and how to take it on the back.

When you open the pouch, the powder smells nice and chocolatey in a natural and fresh kind of way.

The powder is also pretty fine and nice and loose with no lumps or clumps anywhere.

Product Highlights…

  • Slowly digested ideal for bedtime recovery
  • 26g protein per serving
  • Contributes to growth & maintenance of muscle mass
  • Directions: Do not exceed the recommended dosage. See product label for suggested use.
  • Flavour: Chocolate

Casein protein takes around 8 hours to digest making it perfect for taking just before bed.

As you sleep your muscles are drip-fed a steady supply of amino acids which provides the perfect environment for growth while you sleep.

Each serving contains a full 26g of high quality 100% milk protein to help prevent your muscles from breaking down overnight from sleeping in a fasted state…according to the Amazon listing that is…

However, as you can see in the image below, the actual amount of protein per 30g serving according to the nutrition panel on the back of the pouch is 23g.

MyProtein Slow Release Casein nutrition facts

You can also expect to burn some additional body fat as you sleep due to the enhanced muscle building effects of casein.

Nutrition…

As you can see above, MyProtein Slow Release Casein contains 23g of protein per serving which is slightly less than you get in ON’s Gold Standard Casein, and more or less the same, give or take a gram, as you get in most leading whey protein powders.

You also get 2.0g of carbs per 30g serving, according to the panel on the pouch, which is nice and low, less than you get in a good quality whey, making this casein protein powder also a great choice for weight management.

It’s also low in fat at just 0.2g per 30g serving, and has just 107 calories, again making it perfect for weight loss, lean bulking and muscle maintenance.

How It Mixes…

The powder mixes pretty well in a standard shaker cup, all the powder dissolves and there are no lumps or gritty bits.

The only thing we found is that the shake gets quite a big foamy head on it once mixed.

MyProtein Slow Release Casein mixes

We got around this by mixing it up 30 mins before taking it and putting it in the fridge to let the froth settle.

It didn’t disappear completely but there wasnt enough left after the 30 minutes to complain about.

MyProtein Slow Release Casein shakes

Refrigerating the shake also seemed to improve the flavour slightly which was a little bit of a bonus.

How It Tastes…

In terms of the flavour, it tastes pretty good although every now and then it does have a slightly artificial quality about it, plus the flavour doesn’t seem to last like most chocolate flavour protein shakes do.

Once you swallow the drink, the flavour pretty much disappears.

It’s pretty smooth though, easy to get down and doesn’t sit heavily on the stomach which is great just before bed.

There’s also some froth left at the bottom and on the sides of the shaker when you’ve finished drinking.

Side Effects…

None at all that we experienced.

The shake went down nice and smoothly, it didn’t cause any bloating, discomfort, or sit heavily on the stomach.

And there was no excess wind either.

How To Take…

MyProtein recommend mixing 1.25 scoops which they give as being 30g with 200-300ml of water 30 mins before bed.

MyProtein Slow Release Casein instructions

We recommend weighing out 30g as protein powder scoops are often inaccurate (read more about scoops in this article), in this case 1.25 scoops is actually 40.6g of powder.

As you can see, this would mean you taking an extra 30% of this protein powder which could see you gaining unwanted fat over time as well as reducing the value for money of the powder by 30%.

When To Take…

Although Slow Release Casein is primarily used as a bedtime protein powder due to its slow release of aminos which feed your muscles as you sleep, you can actually take it at any other time of the day when you need some protein.

This is a great protein powder to use pre-workout for sustained energy and to help reduce muscular breakdown as you train.

You can also use it post-workout in place of your regular whey protein powder to drip feed your muscles with amino acids over a longer period of time.

It’s also great for using between meals as the slow rate of digestion keeps you feeling fuller for longer.

Who It’s For…

MyProtein Slow Release Casein is perfect for anyone looking for round the clock muscle growth.

While most people traditionally use whey protein at regular intervals during the day, they often overlook feeding their muscles through the night.

Supplementing with a high-quality casein protein powder like this one just before going to bed helps to keep the body in an anabolic state and supports muscle growth as you sleep.

So, anyone serious about maximizing muscle growth from their training efforts will benefit hugely from adding this particular protein supplement to their diet.

Customer Opinion…

At the time of putting this review together MyProtein Slow Release Casein is getting some pretty mixed customer feedback from the people who are buying it on Amazon.

Although it only has 167 reviews at the moment it has an average customer rating of 3.9 out of 5 stars, 46% of them are 5 star reviews, and a further 20% are 4 star reviews.

The Good…

The people who like it are saying how well it mixes and tastes, and they also like that it doesn’t cause any bloating, which is essential for a bedtime protein.

Another thing they like is that it keeps them feeling fuller for longer between meals when taken during the day, and also prevents them from waking up hungry when taken before bed.

The Not-So-Good…

The people who aren’t as happy with it and who are giving it just 3 stars or less are saying that they don’t like the way it mixes and tastes.

One customer says it was heavy on their stomach, and another says it smelled rotten when they opened the pouch!

A couple more are disappointed with the ziplock seal on the pouch saying its difficult to reseal after opening.

Click here to see all the customer feedback being left for MyProtein Slow Release Casein on Amazon…

Our Verdict…

We like MyProtein Slow Release Casein and give it 4.7 out of 5 stars.

Here’s why…

It was delivered really quickly and came well packaged rather than taking days to arrive after just being slung in a plastic mailer like some we have received in the past.

The pouch is good quality with a reliable seal that stayed in full working order to the last serving.

The powder itself smells nice and chocolatey, there’s nothing artificial about it and it’s nice and loose with no lumps or clumps.

Mixing with water in just a shaker cup is really easy, and once mixed gives you a really smooth textured shake.

Although we weren’t massively impressed with the flavour to begin with, once we figured out that it tastes a lot better, if not quite as good as BW Pure Micellar Casein, after being chilled in the refrigerator for around half an hour, we were more than happy with the taste.

We also like that there are no unpleasant side effects such as excessive farts, bloating or digestive issues, which makes it a fantastic bedtime protein powder in our book.

Plus after using this stuff for a short time muscles feel fuller and workouts become a little easier.

And we also think it’s pretty reasonably priced too.

So, MyProtein Slow Release Casein gets the thumbs up from us and we have no hesitation in recommending to anyone as a great choice of bedtime protein powder.

Alternative Choices…

If you’re not quite sure that this protein powder is for you, we’ve hand-picked a couple of alternatives for you to consider and compare…

Bodybuilding Warehouse Pure Micellar Casein…

BW Pure Micellar Casein is probably our favourite bedtime protein powder to date.

It mixes really easily in just a shaker cup and tastes amazing.

If you like natural and full flavoured chocolate flavour shakes we think you’ll be as impressed with this one as we are.

Its low in carbs, fat and calories, high in muscle building amino acids and is made from the milk of grass-fed cattle, which is the best you can get in terms of quality, nutrition and taste. Read the full review here…

Here’s what you get per 25g serving…

  • 19.43g protein

Getting The Best Deal…

Getting the best deal on your protein powder is just about as important as getting the right protein powder, here’s how we recommend going about it…

MyProtein Slow Release Casein amazon

First head over to Amazon, they usually have the best prices, and what they also have is in our opinion the best customer feedback.

This is important for getting the bigger picture on how well, or not, a particular product is performing for real people in the real world.

So, go to Amazon and do your research, check out the reviews, and the customer answered questions, along with the product page information.

Don’t forget to check out alternative products too, just to be sure you’re getting the best one for you.

Then, once you’re happy and ready to buy, head over to eBay and see if you can get the same product at a better price.

And don’t forget to take any delivery charges into account too, both platforms offer free delivery options, however, there is sometimes a minimum spend amount so keep an eye out for that.

Warrior Crunch High Protein Bars Review

Warrior Crunch High Protein Bars Review

Warrior Crunch Bars are a high-protein, low-sugar, low-carb nutrition bar designed to help build muscle, maintain a lean and toned physique year-round, preserve muscle during weight loss and provide a convenient and clean source of quality nutrition.

We liked the sound of them, we’d heard good things about them…

So, we ordered some and put them to the test…

In this review, we will focus on the Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour and cover the main features, as well as share with you our own personal experience from ordering through to using them, before also taking a look at what other customers have to say about them, in order to give you as much accurate information as possible in case you decide to try them for yourself.

We will also tell you where to go to pick up your Warrior Crunch bars at the best price and with the fastest and most cost-effective, if not free home delivery.

If you would prefer to give the review a miss and go and grab yourself a box of these bars you can click here to go straight over to Amazon…

Or …

You can click here to see if you can get a better deal on eBay…

First Impressions…

The bars were delivered quickly and came well packaged and intact.

The actual box containing the bars isn’t the strongest but it’s sufficient for what it has to do and the wrappers are pretty much what you would expect-industry standard.

The nutrition facts and ingredients are clearly displayed so you can see exactly what you’re getting in each bar.

Looking at the bars themselves, you can see that they have a knobbly chocolate coating that actually makes them look crunchy.

Nutrition…

Warrior Crunch bars are pretty good in our opinion in terms of nutrition.

Each 64g bar has 20g of protein, which is pretty much the standard amount you’ll find in most protein bars.

You also get 22g of carbs, of which less than 3g are impact carbs meaning they are broken down by the body for energy, the remaining 19g don’t have an effect on your blood sugar levels making these bars a good choice for weight control.

There’s also 11g of fat in each bar, of which only 6.3g saturates to keep things on the healthy side, along with 0.7g of sugars.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Crunch bars have 236 calories per bar too which makes them pretty versatile, however not much different to Grenade Carb Killa bars in this respect.

Crunch Bars also contain a small amount of salt, some soya, and gluten, and are ‘naturally sweetened with malitol which is an artificially produced sweetener’

What They’re Actually Like To Eat…

Take a bite and you can see that they are made up of a chocolate outer coating around a layer of crunchy bits in a caramel like layer, around a firm yet chewy centre.

They also smell chocolatey too, just like a regular chocolate bar.

When you bite into one of these bars you immediately hit the crunchy bits before getting to the softer centre and when you begin chewing the flavour comes out immediately.

In terms of the flavour, it’s pretty natural, the bars aren’t overly sweet and there’s no artificial aftertaste.

They are actually pretty delicious.

The chocolate outer coating does have a tendency to crumble away from the rest of the bar though when you take a bite so be prepared for that.

In terms of texture the bars are actually a mixture of crunchy and chewy and don’t just melt away into nothing in your mouth, nor do you have to almost break your jaws chewing them either, you actually get to chew, taste and enjoy them.

It also has to be said that if you have a bit of a sweet tooth, and not much will power you could end up munching your way through 2 or 3 of these bars as they really do taste pretty good and don’t fill you up too much, so be warned.

Side Effects…

None that we came across.

Warrior Crunch bars go down really well with no stomach upsets, bloating or excessive wind.

They are nice and light on the stomach too and don’t leave you feeling sluggish or anything like that after eating them.

Main Features…

  • 20 GRAMS OF PROTEIN PER BAR – That’s more than three whole eggs! Our bars are packed with high quality Protein to help muscles re-build and recover right after intense exercise or sports
  • LOW CARBS – Each crunch bar contains less than 3g of impact carbs, making them ideal for those following a Keto diet and looking to control weight gain
  • LOW SUGAR – With less than 3g of sugar, these High Protein bars help keep blood sugar levels low so you can maintain energy levels for longer
  • CHEWY CRISPY SNACK BAR – Made with crunchy crispy pieces covered in a triple layer of chocolate. High protein bars that taste as good as any other snack!
  • PACK OF 12 PROTEIN BARS – 12 individually wrapped, High Protein bars. Enjoy post-workout or as part of your chosen diet plan
  • Ingredients: Dark maltitol chocolate coating (31%) (cocoa mass, sweetener maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier soya lecithin, bourbon-vanilla), protein blend (milk protein, collagen hydrolysate, soya protein isolate), caramel layer with sweetener (18%) (sweetener maltitol, condensed milk, palm fat, humectant sorbitol, emulsifier mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring, water, salt, colour plain caramel), soya crispies (8.6%) (soya protein isolate, rice flour, barley malt extract (gluten), salt), humectant glycerol, water, palm fat, cocoa powder, flavouring, palm oil

As you can see above, Warrior Crunch bars contain a decent amount of protein at 20g per bar, which is at the top end of what you’ll find in other leading bars.

It’s a triple-protein-blend of milk protein, collagen hydrolysate and soya protein isolate and NOT a 100% whey protein meaning that gram for gram they don’t have the same nutritional content as a top protein powder.

One thing we really like about these bars is their really low carb and sugar content which makes them pretty versatile and means they can be slotted right into pretty much any diet, nutrition and training plan to support pretty much all fitness goals.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever here about the taste either.

We’ve tried a few different flavours and really enjoyed them all, apart from just one-Raspberry Lemon Cheesecake.

Here’s how we rank them in terms of flavour…

  1. Milk Chocolate Coconut

  2. Salted Caramel

  3. White Chocolate Crisp

  4. Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter

That being said, in terms of tastiness there’s not really that much between them, they all taste pretty amazing and in our opinion certainly give Grenade’s Carb Killa bars a run for their money.

These bars do contain gluten, and they are sweetened with maltitol which is a sugar-alcohol and almost identical to sucrose.

And like most protein bars they come in boxes of 12 and are easy to take with you wherever you’re going for a quick and convenient protein hit whenever you need one.

Click here to view all the product details on Amazon…

Click here to compare prices on eBay…

When To Use…

You can use Warrior Crunch bars at pretty much any time of day you need some protein.

They are good to use pre-workout for some extra energy as well as to reduce muscle breakdown as you train.

You can use them after workouts In place of your usual go-to protein powder to kick-start recovery and growth, as well as in between meals as a healthy high-protein snack.

They are a fantastic source of protein-on-the-go for busy people.

You can also use them to replace meals as part of a weight management plan.

Who They’re For…

These bars are for anyone looking to boost their daily protein intake in order to repair and build new muscle.

They are also a great choice for anyone who wants to maintain an already lean and toned physique all year long.

If you’re looking to add some muscle without adding any fat Warrior Crunch bars can help you do that.

If you’re looking to drop a few pounds without losing any of your hard earned muscle, these bars are a good choice here too.

They are also a clean and healthy option for people who just need some quality protein on the run, they fit right into a ketogenic diet too.

Our Verdict…

We like these bars a lot.

They taste really good and natural. There’s no nasty aftertaste from them, or anything chemical about the flavour.

There’s also a decent amount of substance to them too. They don’t just dissolve in your mouth. Instead they’re crunch and chewy, firm but not hard like you would expect a decent chocolate bar to be.

They go down well too. Not heavy on the stomach and there’s no bloating, cramps or excessive wind either.

We also like that they have enough calories to be used to help with weight loss without losing muscle, and also for muscle gain without piling on the fat.

And we also feel that they’re pretty healthy too.

The downside…we would have preferred them to be gluten and soya free, however, we’ve tried quite a few of these bars and not suffered any adverse effects at all, and so we highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality, great tasting protein bar.

Customer Feedback…

At the time of putting this review together Warrior Crunch Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour protein bars are getting some pretty impressive feedback from customers on Amazon.

So far, 393 people have taken the time to leave a review and 71% of them give these bars the full 5 out of 5 stars…

While a further 14% give them a 4 star rating.

We think these numbers speak for themselves and show that the vast majority of people buying and using these bars are very satisfied with them.

They seem to be liking pretty much everything about them from the taste and the texture, to how satisfying they are, and some reviewers are even calling them addictive.

There are some customers who aren’t quite as happy with them and who are giving them 3 stars or less because they say the flavour didn’t live up to their expectations and a couple of them received damaged bars.

That being said, the overall customer feedback is highly positive and you can check it out for yourself by clicking here.

Delivery, Packaging And First Impressions…

The item was delivered really quickly, just a day or two after ordering which was a good start.

The order was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.

The item itself was just as pictured in the product listing.

Nothing fancy, but we didn’t buy it for the label anyway.

The label itself is pretty cheap looking compared to most other brands in this price range, and has all the usual product information, the number of servings, how much there is in it, how to take it etc.

Ingredients…

When it comes to what’s in it, Performance Charge has pretty much all the basic ingredients needed to get the job done that you will find in the majority of pre-workout.

Here’s what’s in it…

  • Caffeine-you get 275mg of caffeine per 6.5g serving for improved energy, focus and performance
  • Bitter Orange Powder- there’s also 50mg of bitter orange powder which works alongside caffeine to improve blood circulation, mental focus and energy, plus it’s also used for improved weight loss too.

However there are some health risks associated with bitter orange as it contains syneprine, which is similar to ephedra, and is known to cause high blood pressure and increased heart rate in some people so be sure to check it out before using.

  • AAKG-1g of AAKG (Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate) for increased muscle pumps along with enhanced delivery of blood, oxygen and nutrients to muscles during workouts.
  • Creatine Nitrate-750mg of creatine nitrate for increased athletic performance.
  • Vitamin B6-plus 25mg of vitamin B6 which helps with protein absorption and prolonged energy release.

The only thing we didn’t like is that the writing on the label is so small you need a magnifying glass to read most of it, and the ‘endurance and anti-fatigue system’ part of the ingredients list is what’s known as a ‘proprietary blend’ meaning they don’t disclose exactly how much of certain ingredients it contains…

performance charge ingredients

These Proprietary Blend Ingredients Are…

  • Beta-alanine-for enhanced performance and fatigue reduction
  • Citrulline malate-for improved athletic performance and blood flow to working muscles
  • Taurine-reduces fatigue increases fat burning and decreases muscle damage during workouts
  • Sodium bicarbonate-improves muscle coordination and increases strength.

Plus it also contains flavourings, colourings and sweeteners etc which you can see in the pic above.

We looked online at why this is done and the 2 main reasons seem to be to protect the exact formula so it can’t be copied, and too boost the perceived value of the product so they can charge more for it.

In this case it would seem to be the first option.

performance charge

On opening the tub we were pleased to see that it came with a security seal to protect against tampering.

bw performance charge pre workout

Plus it also came with a silica pouch to protect against moisture, and a scoop.

The powder also had a nice fresh berry smell to it, natural not artificial, and wasn’t clumped together or caked so that it had to be separated.

Mixing…

The label says to mix 1 scoop/6.5 g with 150ml water.

We never go by the scoop as we have found them to be inaccurate on too many occasions in the past.

You can read more on scoop accuracy here.

We took a level scoop and weighed out the powder on a set of digital scales and it actually weighed 8.54g (including the scoop) which was 5.11g of actual powder.

performance charge serving size

So, we weighed out the correct dose at 6.5g, added it to 150ml of cold water in a standard shaker and gave it a good shake for 20-30 seconds.

bw charge pre workout

The powder completely dissolved which we weren’t expecting to be honest so that was a bit of a bonus.

Taste…

The drink itself was smooth, no gritty bits or lumps and it tasted pleasantly of mixed berries.

The flavour was pretty natural with no artificial aftertaste, and sweet but not too sweet.

There were also no gritty bits stuck to the sides of the shaker cup after drinking it down.

And nothing much happened after that.

Effects…

We noticed nothing to tell us that the pre-workout was kicking in not even the tingling you usually get from the beta-alanine.

After warming up for around 20 mins, still nothing and were were beginning to think this one was a non-starter at this point.

It wasn’t until we were actually working out that we noticed it working, it seems as though this stuff only works when you do, which is fair enough.

After that we still didn’t get the ‘kick’, however we did notice that we were able to squeeze out an extra rep or two on most sets, we seemed to be more focused, and the whole workout seemed to require less effort than normal, and rest time between sets was reduced.

Overall our first workout using this stuff was pretty enjoyable and more productive.

For our nest workout we upped the dosage to 7g, mixed it with 250ml of cold water and this made a pretty noticeable difference.

We could feel it kicking in, not massively but it was there, and we smashed the workout with some still left in the tank.

Side Effects…

None in the beginning, however as we got further down the tub we noticed feeling a bit jittery on some days later in the day.

As we neared the bottom of the tub these jitters began to feel more like a full blown hangover/energy crash.

This lasted for around 3-4 hours and according to some digging we did online could have just been us having an adverse reaction to the bitter orange powder.

So, How Do We Rate This One…

We give Performance Charge 4.0 out of 5 stars.

Here’s why…

We like everything about this one apart from the hangover/energy crash effect we got from it, probably due to the bitter orange.

It mixes really easily and it’s easy to drink-no gritty bits or anything like that, and it tastes pretty good too, there’s no nasty chemical aftertaste to it.

And most importantly, it gets you through pretty tough workouts.

That being said there are far better pre-workouts out there for the same money, and which don’t contain bitter orange powder.

If you’re ok with heavy stimulants and don’t mind mid-afternoon ‘hangovers’ give it a go, otherwise give it a miss, it’s just not in the same league as ON Advanced Pre-Workout, Cellucor’s C4, or Applied Nutrition’s All Black Everything, etc.

And Here’s How Others Are Rating It…

At the time of writing up this review Performance Charge has an average customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars on Amazon where 69% of customers are giving it the full 5 stars, and the other 31% are giving it 4 stars.

We should mention that there are only 8 reviews to go on right now, there were far more when we ordered ours so what’s happened to them is anyone’s guess.

So, do we think it’s worth buying…

Not at this price.

It does taste pretty good, it mixes really well, and once you get the dosage right it’s pretty effective too…

Other than that it just lacks the quality you get from the more established brands, it’s harsher, the powder itself is not as refined, and it’s far heavier on stimulants.

Another thing that puts us off is the proprietary blend bit and not knowing exactly how much of certain ingredients are in it…

And the ‘hangovers’ we suffered towards the end of the tub.

We’re also not too keen on the bitter orange peel in it.

And obviously we’d have liked a 6.5g serving to be as effective as a 7g serving, other than these small points we think it’s definitely worth trying.

The bottom line for us with this one is that in our opinion you’d be far better spending your money on a more established brand pre-workout such as C4 or All Black Everything.

In this post, we will put Stripfast 5000 Fire Bullets under the spotlight to see how they perform as a standalone fat burner and whether it would be worth your while replacing your existing fat burner with them, or if this is the first time you’ve considered using fat burners whether or not they should be the ones to go for.

If you’re in a hurry right now and don’t have time to read the full review, you can always head straight over to Amazon and check them out in detail for yourself by clicking here…

If you’re staying with us let’s begin with a look at what existing customers are saying about Stripfast Fire Bullets…

Stripfast 5000 Fire Bullets with K-CYTRO Weight Management Supplement Customer Ratings…

At the time of putting this review together Stripfast 5000 Fire Bullets is getting some fantastic customer feedback on Amazon where it has an average customer rating of 4.6 out of 5 stars.

At a glance, we can see that 82% of the people buying and using it right now have gone back and left 5-star reviews for it, while a further 7% have rated it 4-star, showing that a massive 89% of customers are very happy with the result they are getting with Fire Bullets.

5 Star Feedback…

We didn’t find it very difficult at all to find an impressive number of people singing the praises of these fat burner pills.

Many of them saying that these are the first fat burners they have tried that have actually worked and that they make them feel good as the weight comes off too.

And a lot of them even include before and after pics with their reviews to show just how well they have worked.

They also like that the pills help to suppress appetite which helps to stop snacking and reduces bloating.

Plus the stubborn weight is coming off too, love handles are disappearing, energy levels are rising…and that’s without them making changes to their diet or exercising!

4 Star Feedback…

People giving this product a 4-star rating are saying that it probably works best when combined with exercise, which makes sense.

Others are saying they’re great if you’re eating healthily.

And another customer praises them for not having any nasty side effects from the caffeine such as the jitters, that they are good value for money, were promptly delivered, easy to swallow, and helped them lose 3lbs in their first week.

1 Star Feedback…

It’s only fair to take a look at the other side of the coin, namely the 1-star reviews so that you can get the full picture…

One reviewer claims that these fat burners can cause liver damage and otherwise mess with your body.

Another reviewer suffered palpitations from the high caffeine content of the pills and didn’t lose any weight.

And another 4 customers said they didn’t work for them and so are a waste of money in their opinion.

Verdict On The Reviews…

Going by what the majority of customers are saying, these pills are very effective indeed and are helping them see the weight come off where other fat burners have failed in the past.

In addition, they experienced no nasty side effects, found them to be very good value for money, and even helped them shift their most stubborn weight.

Many of their claims are also backed up by ‘before and after’ pics too which we think goes a long way to show just how effective these pills can be for weight management.

In terms of the 1-star reviews it does appear that some users react negatively to large amounts of caffeine in which case it’s not surprising that they didn’t lose weight and consider them poor value for money.

All that being said, when used sensibly, all the evidence suggests that Fire Bullets fat burner pills are highly effective for the vast majority of users, many of whom highly recommend them and say they will be ordering more.

How And When To Take Them…

Stripfast 5000 recommend first assessing your tolerance by taking 1 capsule in the morning for 5 days.

Once tolerance has been assessed, adults are recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach and another one in the middle of the afternoon, again on an empty stomach.

It is also strongly recommended that you drink at least 2 litres of water per day while using Fire Bullets…

And also that you do not take them within 6 hours of going to sleep as they can cause insomnia…

And that you do not take more than 2 capsules per day.

Possible Side Effects…

Fire Bullets do come with potential side effects from the Bitter Orange Powder which can range from headaches and nausea to irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure, and jitters.

Bitter Orange has also been known to cause heart attacks and strokes in some people so we strongly urge caution before using this, or any other product containing it.

It is also possible that people sensitive to caffeine may experience similar effects too.

If you are someone who is sensitive to stimulants we recommend seeking medical advice before using Fire Bullets or choosing a more suitable fat burner altogether.

Alternative Choices…

Just in case Stripfast Fire Bullets aren’t what you are looking for, or you would like a couple of alternatives to compare them against, we’ve hand-picked a couple for you here which are…

Grenade Thermo Detonator Weight Management Capsules which are widely used by professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts armed forces, and special forces personnel around the world for enhanced fat burning, appetite suppression, sustained explosive energy without the crash, or the jitters, and reduced cravings, to help them achieve their desired lean physique goals.

Our Final Verdict…

We like everything about Stripfast Fire Bullets apart from the bitter orange powder in them.

We’ve tried other supplements containing it and it was a bit too strong for us.

That being said, if you tolerate stimulants well, all the evidence points to this supplement being a really good choice for losing weight quickly and effectively and so we would definitely recommend it on those terms.

We like that it contains only natural ingredients and isn’t a ‘chemical cocktail’ that’s going to do you more harm than good.

We like that this product actually works and that it also gives you the mental strength and focus to feel good and positive as you lose weight and also to resist the temptation to snack.

We also like that it’s backed by a no-quibble 100% money-back guarantee which suggests that Strifast 5000 are actually committed to helping people lose weight and not just chasing the money.

The bottom line for us with this fat burner is that there are too many satisfied customers getting the results they want, where they have been badly let down by other fat burner supplements in the past.
