Does It Mix Easily?
It does, it mixes pretty quickly and easily in just a shaker cup and we had no problems mixing it with water or with milk.
Whatever you mix it with you’ll get a pretty good, smooth textured shake without any lumps, gritty bits, or chalkiness like you can sometimes get with other protein powders.
How Does It Taste?
It tastes pretty good, in fact this is another low priced protein supplement which tastes pretty much every bit as good as some of the more expensive brands of protein powder such as Optimum Nutrition’s Gold Standard Whey and PhD Nutrition’s Diet Whey.
If you like ice cream you’ll love Impact Whey. It has a kind of ice cream taste to it. Plus it doesn’t have any nasty lingering protein aftertaste. There’s no chemical aftertaste either.
It tastes good when you mix it with milk or just water…slightly better with milk in our opinion.
It may be a little bit on the sweet side for some people though, however, we found it to be sweet without being oversweet if that makes sense
