How Does Diet Pro Meal Taste?

It tastes pretty good indeed!

The best comparison would be to say it tastes like a thick and creamy milkshake.

We can personally vouch for the chocolate and strawberry flavours. Both of them are very moreish.

You will get a thicker, creamier shake if you mix it with milk, however you will also bump up the calorie count so be careful.

That’s not to say it doesn’t taste great if you mix it with just water. It does, and we would recommend using water to get the full weight loss benefits.

What Does It Mix Like?

We had no problems at all with how Diet Pro Meal mixes.

In fact we found it mixed every bit as well as the best of the rest we have tried so far.

It mixes equally well in a shaker cup or a blender and has a rich smooth texture.

And you don’t get any powdery lumps or grittiness with it like you can with some shakes.
