The best comparison would be to say it tastes like a thick and creamy milkshake.

We can personally vouch for the chocolate and strawberry flavours. Both of them are very moreish.

How Does It Mix?

We found Diet Whey to be one of the easiest protein powders to mix.

Granted it can take a bit of shaking sometimes when using a shaker cup but 99% of the time it mixes well with either water or milk, with no problems.
