In terms of taste, we tried the watermelon candy flavour and it tasted really good, sweet, but not overly sweet, and quite light and fruity too, all-in-all pretty impressive, and there was no weird chemical aftertaste either which we liked.

By the time we had almost finished out warm up, about 20-30 mins as it states on the tub, the drink started to kick in, this is noticeable by the tingling you get from the beta-alanine.

You’ll have no trouble whatsoever mixing this BCAA powder in just a shaker cup with cold water.

It dissolves almost instantly so a quick few shakes and that’s it, you’re done.

It probably also mixes just as well with a spoon or fork in a glass but we haven’t actually tried it ourselves so couldn’t say for sure.
