The key features…
- 20g of Premium Protein
- Only 2g of added Sugar
- 230 Calories per bar
- A delicious, light and crispy texture
- Six insanely decadent flavors
And Here’s Our Full BSN Protein Crisp Bar Review…
As you can see, each 56 g BSN Protein Crisp Bar contains 20 g of protein. This is a protein blend, consisting of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, and milk protein concentrate. Each bar also contains soy protein isolate.
Each bar also contains just 2 g of added sugar, bringing the total sugar content of these bars up to 4 g.
The calorie count, at 230 cals per bar is slightly higher than other bars such as Quest Protein Bars which have around 190 calories, and Carb Killa Bars which have around 214 cals each.
Although these protein bars have a light and crispy texture to them, they are still satisfying and full flavored.
And they also come in six flavors: peanut butter crunch, salted toffee pretzel, smores, vanilla marshmallow, mocha latte and chocolate crunch, all of which are ridiculously delicious.
Taste And Texture…
These bars really do taste every bit as good as people are saying!
The best way we can describe the taste and texture of them is that eating one of these is like eating the tastiest rice crispy bar you can ever imagine.
If you are familiar with how amazing BSN Syntha-6, and Syntha-6 Edge taste then you’ll have a good idea of what to expect flavorwise.
As for the texture, think light, chewy and crispy all rolled into one and you’ll be in the right ballpark…
…they go from being crispy and chewy to melting in your mouth, and the more you chew the better tasting they seem to get.
It’s like the taste is set on a time release.
Our Tip: Eat them s-l-o-w-l-y.
